StumbleThon is a new, caused-related college initiative aimed at rallying millennials ages 18 to 34 – which constitute 76% of our audience – to make a difference.
To kick off the program, we partnered with HootaThon with the goal of empowering people to raise money for the cause. Not only did we have a great time but in less than 12 hours 187,542 web pages were ‘Stumbled’ by over 500 students. StumbleUpon donated $10,000 to The Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia and helped HootaThon exceed their $100,000 fundraising goal. Check out some of our favorite photos from the day.
